Everything was fine at first, I've only been here a few months, but now everything has changed. Water is leaking from my bathroom and all over my apartment. I've been waiting for three days for them to come, and they still haven't. I reported my stove 20 days ago, and I'm still waiting. My rent is always on time, so why do I have to wait so long for them to fix something? It's not a good place to live, unfortunately. 🙁
The garbage is overflowing; it's disgusting to see it all full of maggots. We'll have to call the city to have them take care of this.

Living here has become an extremely frustrating experience. Not only do we have to deal with the usual problems of any complex, but also with something that is simply unbearable: excessive noise. The worst part is that many times the loud noise comes from the maintenance staff themselves, as if no one cares that we live here and need to rest, work, or simply have peace in our own homes.
It is incredibly annoying to have to endure excessive music, banging, and noise from balconies or nearby areas, and to feel that there is absolutely no respect for the residents. What is most disappointing is that this comes from the very staff who should be helping to maintain a good quality of life in the complex, not making it worse.
You pay rent to feel comfortable and at peace in your home, not to live with stress, anger, and the feeling that no matter how many times you complain, nothing changes. Honestly, management should take this much more seriously, because it makes living here feel exhausting.

The service was excellent. When I had an emergency, the manager helped me very well. It took a little while, I know it wasn't entirely up to her, but it was resolved in time.

since dayana has been working en fall of parramata everything has been going well, she is so kind easy going she always help us and now as a Manager everything is better cause she has everything under control she always listening and pay attention to every detail now at fall of parramata it's seems that is going to be a better and a safe place to live.

Good experience with Diana. Very helpful and professional. Got my apartment fast and very clean and in good conditions. Diana is always there to take care of my concerns and fixes any problems I have in a timely manner. If your looking for a place to live call Diana manager and you will not regret it.
